The Homeless Resource Council of the Sierras (HRCS) is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified consultants or firms to provide Grant Management and Continuum of Care Technical Assistance services.

HRCS is seeking an experienced provider with expertise in HUD Continuum of Care programs, grant management and compliance, federal and state funding opportunities, and technical assistance to support the organization and strengthen its capacity to effectively administer and oversee Continuum of Care activities.
